Inspection: XRD; GDMS (4N: the total amount of all impurity elements is less than 100ppm; since indium chloride is easy to hydrolyze, its purity cannot be accurately detected by ICP-AES, ICP-OES, and ICP-MS, because these three inspection methods are to prepare water solutions for samples by dissolving, digesting, and diluting)
